Shipping and Delivery

TRUTH IN SHIPPING:
Most furniture stores inflate their prices to include delivery.  There is no such thing as FREE delivery. We always give you the best price we can.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
We ship ALL our furniture by “White Glove Delivery Service”. That means everything is brought into your home (not curbside), unpacked, assembled, setup in your room, and all packaging taken away. Clean & Easy. We do not offer customer pick ups of furniture at any of our warehouses. 

PRICING:
There is a minimum charge of $125 per delivery. 
White Glove Delivery fee is 10.5% of the order subtotal. Some areas are an additional fee to cover tolls. 

DELIVERY AREA:
All of Long Island, all of NYC (all 5 boroughs),Most of NJ, and approximately 50 miles from Long Island. Please enter your zip code upon checkout to see if you are in our delivery area. 

SCHEDULE DELIVERY:
If a furniture item is in stock, and paid in full, we will call to schedule your delivery at a convenient time for you. In stock items are delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks . If a furniture item is a Special Order at the time of purchase, we will schedule your delivery after we receive your special order in our warehouse. Approximate lead times are shown for each item that is not in stock. Most special orders take at least 6-8 weeks MINIMUM to order. 

MEASURE:
It is your responsibility to measure all doorways, stairways, elevators etc. to make sure the furniture will fit. You will need to provide the empty space for your new furniture before delivery. If you are uncertain of dimensions, please tell us and we can send someone from our delivery service to measure and guarantee a successful delivery. There is a small fee for this extra service. 

INSPECTION:
Our delivery service will complete a final inspection of your new furniture before leaving your home.

GIFTS & ACCESSORIES:  
Items that are not oversized may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS.
