White Glove Delivery & In-Home Setup
We deliver all of our furniture by White Glove Delivery Service. Your furniture is brought into your home (never left curbside), unpacked, assembled, set up in the room of your choice, and all packaging is removed — clean and easy. We do not offer customer pickup of furniture at our warehouses.
Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Long Island, all five boroughs of New York City, most of New Jersey, and the surrounding tri-state area — approximately 100 miles from New York City. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm you're in our delivery area and see your exact delivery cost.
Delivery Pricing
Your White Glove In-Home Delivery & Setup fee is based on your order total and your location, and your exact cost is always shown at checkout when you enter your zip code.
On Long Island, the more you order, the lower your delivery rate:
- Orders up to $3,999 — 10.5%
- Orders over $3,999 — 8.5%
- Orders $7,999 and up — 7.5%
Within New York City, delivery is 10.5%. Beyond Long Island, delivery is 10.5% (with a $299 minimum), plus a small mileage charge for longer distances. A $149 in-home setup fee applies to cantilever umbrellas.
Scheduling Your Delivery
If your item is in stock and paid in full, we'll call to schedule your delivery at a time that's convenient for you — in-stock items are typically delivered within about 2–3 weeks. For special-order items, we'll schedule delivery once your order arrives at our warehouse; approximate lead times are shown on each product page, and most special orders take a minimum of 6–8 weeks.
Please Measure First
Please measure all doorways, stairways, elevators, and the space for your new furniture before delivery to be sure everything fits. If you're unsure, let us know — we can send someone from our delivery team to measure and help guarantee a smooth delivery, for a small fee.
Final Inspection
Our delivery team completes a final inspection of your new furniture before leaving your home.
Gifts & Accessories
Smaller items that aren't oversized may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
