Yes — completely. There’s no fee and no purchase required. Bring photos and measurements to any showroom, or book an appointment and we’ll come to you.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom upholstery is built and delivered in roughly 4–8 weeks depending on the maker and fabric. Your designer will give you a specific timeline before you order.
Can I see and feel the fabrics first?
Absolutely — every showroom has full fabric and leather resource areas with 1000’s of swatches you can see, touch and take home to try in your light.
Will you come to my house?
Yes. Book a free appointment and a designer can visit your home to measure the room and help you choose sizes, configurations and fabrics that fit.
