All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale, so we're unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or credits. Orders must be paid in full when received at peter andrews.
Our 1-Year Warranty
Every purchase is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Within the warranty period we will repair or replace defective items at our discretion, excluding "as-is" floor samples. An extended manufacturer's warranty may also apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives with a manufacturer's defect or was damaged in transit, we'll gladly take care of it — please contact the store where you made your purchase with your proof of purchase.
